KARVE On Demand

New York-inspired fitness studio KARVE Club is bringing its pioneering machine-based workout to London this year – but if you can’t wait until then, give its new online platform a go. KARVE On Demand offers a unique type of Pilates which uses gliders, resistance bands and light weights, with each workout finishing with five minutes of breathwork. karve.club
Psycle At Home

From its renowned high-energy spin classes to calming yoga, Psycle is known for providing some of the best classes in the capital. During lockdown the studio launched online classes via Instagram Live, which proved a huge success – frequently reeling in over 2,000 participants at a time. So, despite real-life studios being back open, the company has decided to continue its digital offering through a new platform, titled Psycle At Home. This features all four of their workouts – Ride, Barre, Strength and Yoga – with classes ranging from 20 to 60 minutes in length. A subscription costs £35 per month. psyclelondon.com
Barry’s Bootcamp

Bring the Red Room into your home with the online workout service from Barry’s Bootcamp. The 50-minute classes will take place via Zoom, with three formats to choose from: Bodyweight, Bands and Weight Training. Paola’s Body Barre

Get your barre fix with the virtual classes run by Paola’s Body Barre, the studio renowned for its infamous burn factor. Regular PBB trainers will deliver 45-minute barre and pilates classes via Zoom, which require just a mat, resistance bands and some hand weights (tinned cans will do if you don’t have any). FRAME

FLY LDN

Technology has always been a big part of immersive yoga studio Fly LDN – so it’s no surprise the company is now using it to stream classes. Catch yoga flows via its live and on-demand platforms. £9.99 a month. flyldn-online.com
Core Collective

Chic London-based studio Core Collective has launched an on-demand fitness video service, CCTV. You can stream many of its regular classes, including Sweat, Train, Pilates and Yoga, with sessions ranging from five to 45 minutes – all taught by Core Collective’s expert trainers. To make workouts as accessible as possible, equipment has kept to a minimum, but a mat, a pair of dumbbells and a kettlebell will set you in good stead.
