Soul Medicine Retreat, Soul Adventures
Ibiza-based Kundalini yoga retreat Soul Adventures is headed up by yogi, reiki master and shamanic healing practitioner Trish Whelan. Nestled in the mountains on the quieter side of the island, the retreat usually involves time spent in the glorious Casa Xuclar Beach House – but while travel is on hold, Trish is running a series of virtual experiences that you can tune into from all over the world. Full day tickets are offered on a ‘pay what you can’ scale of £35-£55. Half day tickets are £20. asweliveandbreathe.co
The Ayurveda Detox and Immune-Booster, ONEWORLD
Ayurveda is a holistic system developed in ancient India to help people sync with nature and thrive in an ever-changing environment. Its origins date back thousands of years, yet the practice remains more relevant than ever – hence the new online programme from ONEWORLD Ayurveda, a Balinese retreat located in idyllic rice-field terraces near Ubud. Created by a team of Ayurvedic doctors, yoga teachers and chefs, the seven-day detox is designed to stimulate your immune system, eliminate toxins, improve vitality and calm the mind. Over the course of the week, clients will receive access to seven yoga classes, cooking demonstrations and Balinese blessing rituals. Aside from the wealth of wellbeing benefits you’ll get from the retreat, it’s for a good cause: each programme purchased includes a built-in donation that provides a Balinese family with a week-long survival food basket.
